Handstands 4 Kids is the first program of its kind.

We are so excited to bring this to the RealMVMT community to allow your kids to develop an epic handstand. By showing themselves they can do this they will build self confidence, strength and skill while also learning incredibly valuable life lessons such as balance, persistence and resilience.

Handstands 4 Kids is a simple step by step process that can be done with the whole family to help improve your ability to get upside down. We are so excited to see, hear and share all the amazing wins that you and your kids achieve with this program.
